Bitlocker on another microsoft account

My computer has a hard drive with a bitlocker that was set up with an anonymous email that I have no access to. The same computer currently has a log in freeze that seems to be a simple os problem. However, when a technician needs access to the hard drive and bitlocker information, I am unable to provide that. I currently have a microsoft account that is associated with the computer itself, but I have no access to the bitlocker information. The following screen shot is what I receive when I look for the information. How can I get access to the hard drive, so that I may fix and use my computer?

Thanks.

    Hello,

You need to log in to the Microsoft account where the BitLocker key is stored and find the BitLocker key in order to log in to your computer.

Or you can try to find Bitlocker recovery key by referring to this link:

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

If you still can't find the correct key, the only solution is to reinstall the system.

Important: Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

    Best Regards,

    Hania
