Problem enrolling in Windows apps partner program

I realise this is the wrong place to submit this, but your support sites and AIs won't let me do it the right place.

I'm trying to enroll in partner program for Windows Store apps using the account I'm submitting this from. I'm using a DUNS number and the system find the correct information and I have entered all the remaining required information. No errors are shown on the page, but the the Accept and continue button remains disabled.

I've tried from multiple different browsers and OSs but no luck.

I would have created this ticket in the Partner Center but I can't unless I already have a workspace, which I don't due to this issue.

    You should be able to open a support ticket at Windows Developer Center support.
