    Hello @Hannah Smith

    I made this guide for you please follow those steps;

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Select Files or Folders to Keep Offline • Open Your OneDrive Folder:
      	1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to your OneDrive folder.

      	2. Look for files or folders with the cloud icon. These indicate they’re online-only.

      • Mark Files/Folders for Offline Access:
      	1. Right-click the file or folder you need to work on.

      	2. Choose "Always keep on this device."

      	3. Windows will begin downloading the selected items. You should see the icon change from a cloud icon to a green check mark when the download is complete.

    Tip: If you have multiple files or an entire folder you regularly use, right-click the folder to ensure all its contents are available offline.
