Unable to Access Both Primary and Recovery Email for Account Recovery

I attempted to log into my primary email account (******@live.com) after receiving a notification prompting me to enter my password. Despite entering the correct password, I received an error message indicating a failed attempt and was advised to use alternative login methods. I chose to send a verification code to my secondary email; however, upon trying to access the secondary email, I was informed that there had been multiple incorrect password attempts, even though I had enabled my device to remember the password. Consequently, I am now unable to access both my primary and secondary email accounts. I use my primary email daily and rely on it heavily.

I submitted an account recovery form last Sunday but have not received any response. Is there an expedited method to regain access to my primary email account?
