I need instsrv.exe and srvany.exe that can work in windows server 2019 standard

I have the windows server 2019 standard. There is myapp.exe to run on it. We hope it to be set to windows service. I need instsrv.exe and srvany.exe that can work in server 2019 standard. Thank you. Harley Liang

    Both instsrv.exe and srvany.exe are utilities from the Windows NT Resource Kit. Please note that the Resource Kit tools are not officially supported on 64-bit platforms including Windows Server 2019.
