Cannot add tags

HI Team,

I am trying to add tags to an SQL instance, but I am encountering the following error:

InternalServerError\",\"message\":\"An unexpected error occured while processing the request

This issue occurs when updating tags for a few resources.

I am trying to modify the existing tags of the resources and its a SQL managed instance ( PAAS resource) . The same error is popping up for last two days.

I see the effected resources are AMER East US and East US 2.

I'm experiencing the same problem in the Germany West Central region. Only SQL managed instance is affected. I can add tags to all other resources.
