How to fix 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Everytime I try to open a spreadsheet or word doc through online web one drive

I keep getting the same error, i have tried logging out and back in, different web browser, cleared history and cache, tried incognito, very annoying as I need to access these files asap
