How do I exit Insider Preview?

Greetings! How do I exit the pre-release versions of Windows 11 when I can't do anything through settings? I have the most recent build, I want to upgrade to more stable ones, unlike Canary

Here are the steps you can follow to exit the Windows Insider Program:

1. Press Win + R to open the run regedit.
2. Navigate to the Windows Insider Program Registry Key:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\UI\Selection.

3. Modify the Registry Values:

Find the UIBranch key and change its value to External.

Find the UIContentType key and change its value to Mainline.

Find the UIRing key and change its value to Retail.

4. Restart Your Computer.
5. After restarting, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. You should now be on a more stable build.

Note: Please back up the Windows OS, all the important data and registry before you make any change.
