How to connect to a Windows VM with network adapter issues

I have freshly migrated Windows server VM that is having issues with the network adapter according to the Boot Diagnostics screen shot. I have attempted to reapply and redeploy the VM several times, I have reset the network adapter several times, I have removed the default adapter, created and attached a new adapter, I have ensured that the NSG is configured correctly, all connectivity checks pass, but I cannot connect. All other server that were migrated are able to connect, it is just this one. The VM Agent is also in a failed state so I cannot run scripts.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to network.

Check the VM size you are using is compatible with the network adapter and other configurations. Update the network adapter drivers. Check the Azure Service Health dashboard for any ongoing issues.

Consider creating a new VM from the same disk. This can sometimes resolve issues that are not fixed by redeploying or resetting the network adapter.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
