Dear Microsoft Licensing Team,

I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding SQL Server licensing for two servers hosted on Oracle Cloud. Each server has 16 cores, and I would like to explore the best licensing options, including Per Core Licensing.

Please let me know if Software Assurance is required for optimal setup or if any additional considerations apply. I am also open to scheduling a call for further discussion.
