Huge difference between approved downloaded WSUS and actual size!

I find out that update No. (KB5052006) is about 14GB !!! But on Microsoft website is around 1.6GB !
How it can be !

    What you are describing is rather standard when maintaining a WSUS server. The update in self-contained cabinet file form is ~1.6/1.7 GB. You cannot compare it with its express file form which will always be way larger. This does not mean the installed update consumes 14GB on each client. The different formats serve different purposes. For an explanation please see this outdated yet applicable explanation. Your server's configuration decides how the update will be deployed to your clients.
