    Hello Juile Bosch,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

You can verify if a call or email claiming to be from Microsoft is legitimate by contacting Microsoft Support directly. You can find the official Microsoft Support contact information on the Microsoft website. Please note that Microsoft will never proactively reach out to you to provide unsolicited PC or technical support. If you receive a call or email claiming to be from Microsoft, it is likely a scam and you should not provide any personal or financial information.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan

There was an internet ad that said MICROSOFT repair and had a phone number 844-254-6762. I have been trying since Monday to get someone to help me. I went to phone stores, retailers, and I tried asking for a representative from your company, no help. All I needed was help with my focused inbox. Now I'm worried sick because someone has my information. This could have been avoided if you talked to people.
