Error 1316. The specified account already exists

Hi MS

I've been trying to install java1.8.0_401 onto a windows server 2016 and getting this error Error 1316. The specified account already exists.

Things I've tried but haven't worked so far:

Run the program in admin mode

In cmd line run msiexec /unregister and then msiexec /register and then reboot the server.

Any ideas?
