    Hello,

Make sure your product key is valid and doesn't been used on other system.

Do you purchase the product key from an authorized retailer?

Or you can try to activate the system by phone.

    1. Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
    2. Under Activate Windows Nowsection, select Activate by Phone

Do you mean that you used to use this key to activate the system, but now you can't?

Open the command prompt, enter this command and take a screenshot:

    slmgr /dlv

Have you made any recent changes to your computer, such as replacing hardware?
