Unable to Access Emily Carr Microsoft Account Due to Authentication Issue

I'm currently a student at Emily Carr University. I am trying to access my school Microsoft account, but suddenly, a website appeared asking for two-digit verification with a code. The Microsoft Authenticator app isn’t working properly, so I didn't receive the notification, and now I can’t access any websites linked to my Emily Carr Microsoft account. This is especially a problem because I rely on Moodle for school schedules and important readings, and now I can't access it. I also can’t access the Emily Carr MyEC (MyEducation) site, which is critical as I need to register for spring classes soon. This issue happening right now is really frustrating.

I've tried reinstalling the app, deleting the account from the Authenticator app, and everything else I could think of, but I’m still not receiving any notifications. I even tried resetting my account password, but it still required an Authenticator notification as a first step, which also failed.
