Hi All,

While conducting the WHQL test on a Virtual Machine running Windows Server 2025, the following configuration and issue were encountered:

Configuration:

  • TPM: Enabled
  • Secure Boot: Enabled
  • System Details:
    • OS: Windows Server 2025
    • Machine Type: Virtual Machine
  • Test: System Test (HSTI)

Issue Observed:
The following error was encountered during the test:

makefileCopy codeHstiTest::VerifyHstiVersion
Reason: Size of blob too small! (HSTI Blob Size: 8 bytes)

Query:
Could this issue be related to the implementation of the HSTI driver within the guest VM, where insufficient information might be shared by UEFI EDK II during the WHQL query?
