Windows Server 2019 Standard - Why does VSS creation call get hung when trying to initiate it within the Windows GUI (under Configure Shadow Copies)?

I have been trying to Configure Shadow Copies and use the "Create Now" option. However, when I select "Configure Shadow Copies," nothing happens. I also attempted to access Shadow Copies through the Drive properties, but it just keeps loading indefinitely. I am unable to access Shadow Copies through either method.

NOTE: This is running on a server with over 100TB of HD space on a raid 5 split among (10) 15tb drives. This is not a disk issue in any way, shape, or form.

    Hello,

    Based on the information you provided, I suggest you open the command prompt and run the following command to see if there is a writer error in the Microsoft-related service. If so, restart the corresponding writer service to see if the problem can be solved:
