Hello
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
Troubleshooting High CPU Usage: You can use tools like Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer to identify the process or application causing high CPU usage. For example, you can open Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, and sort the list by CPU usage to identify the culprit. If the process can be stopped or a related service can be disabled, do so and check if it mitigates the problem.
Uninstalling the Update: If you are unable to uninstall the update using safe mode or normal mode, you can try using the Windows Update Standalone Installer (wusa.exe) to uninstall the update. Open an elevated command prompt and run the following command:
wusa /uninstall /kb:5048671
This might help you successfully uninstall the update.
Best Regards,
