How to unlock bitlocker to be able to log in, help me please

ssd is locked and important files are in it, I tried to remove the ssd and reinstall it, bitlocker appears

    Unfortunately, without the BitLocker password or recovery key, there is no way to unlock the encrypted drive. BitLocker is designed to be highly secure and without the necessary credentials, the data cannot be accessed. If you lost your recovery key, you'll need to follow the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support to find it out.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
