Microsot Azure account locked

I have another mail account, when I tried to login to Microsoft Azure last week it was working fine, but when I tried to login today it gave that my account was locked, although I didn't do anything.

I tried the mobile verification, didn't work either!

It give me another page to try another verification method, but don't know what are these methods?

So I need your assistance, please.
