I need help with the sound on my computer. When I updated Windows 2011, I turned my computer on to do some work, and I had no sound.

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Restart Audio Services: Start Windows and Realtek audio services from the services menu and make sure they are running and set to automatic.
    2. Check Device Manager: Ensure that the audio input and output devices are enabled and updated. If not, uninstall them and restart the computer to reinstall them automatically.
    3. Power Flush: Remove all power cables and external devices, hold the power button for 25 seconds, then reconnect everything and turn on the computer.

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to consider performing a system restore to revert your computer to a point before the update.
