Best way to host an AI module for my Multiple businesses

Hello Everyone, I hope you are doing well. I want to host an AI module on one of the microsoft auzre servers for my following businesses

My Question is that what's the best way to host an AI module on microsoft azure services? like should I use windows or Linux?

Windows Server Devices and deployment Set up upgrades and drivers
