I lost my connection to Gmail with Outlook. How can I fix this?

Is there any error?
And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?
I did not make any changes. When I open Outlook It doesn't connect and opens a page in web browser. See attached image.
I have no idea what brought that about apart maybe for windows upgrade
