    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure you're pressing the correct key to enter the BIOS.

Common keys include Del, F2, F10, Esc, or F12. Refer to your motherboard's manual for the exact key.

    1. Access BIOS from Windows Recovery Environment:

    • Restart your computer while holding the Shift key.

    • Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings.

    • Click Restart to enter the BIOS.

    1. Once in the BIOS, check and adjust settings like Fast Boot, Secure Boot, and CSM (Compatibility Support Module).
    2. If the new BIOS version is causing issues, you might consider rolling back to a previous version. Download the older BIOS version from your motherboard manufacturer's website and follow their instructions for downgrading.
    3. Ensure all hardware components, especially the monitor and graphics card, are properly connected. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause display issues.
    4. If none of the steps above work, it might be best to contact your motherboard or PC manufacturer's support for further assistance.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
