No Audio output for tv

Question

I reinstalled windows 10 the other day onto my pc and downloaded all drivers (im pretty sure), but when I connect my PC to my TV it says no audio output detected. Audio works fine with my headset, it is only an issue with my tv. Any help would be appreciated as this is really annoying.

1. Check Default Audio Device, make sure your TV is selected as the default audio device. If it's not listed, try connecting the HDMI cable while the TV is turned on and see if it appears.
2. Update Audio Drivers.
3. Enable Audio Output, make sure the TV is not muted and the volume is turned up.
4. Disable Audio Enhancements.
5. Restart Windows Audio Service.
6. Sometimes, faulty cables or ports can cause audio issues. Try using a different HDMI cable or connecting to a different HDMI port on your PC.
