How to Request a Quota Increase for Computer Vision with a Basic Support Plan?

Question

I noticed that my Azure Computer Vision metrics show a high number of rate-limited requests, so I want to submit a quota increase request.

While creating a support ticket, I saw the message: "With your Basic support plan, you can create support requests for billing, subscription management, and quota increase."

However, I don’t see an option to proceed without upgrading my support plan. How can I request a quota increase while still on the Basic support plan?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @My2ndLovE ,

a quota request should be possible with a Basic Support Plan.

But sometimes it is really difficult to figure out what to select during the creating a support request process.

Maybe this helps:

After clicking on Create a support request on the bottom of the page I am able provide more details and I am able to submit the request.
