how to get my Voucher to reshedule the exam ?

Today Morning I had an exam on az-900 azure fundamental. But i cant able to attend the exam due to some test case issue, so can i able to use the same voucher for reattempting the exam ASAP?

so please do the need full to getting the voucher?
