Cannot access sandbox in Azure Learning Paths

Hello,

I'm unable to use Microsoft Learn sandboxes while working through a module on Microsoft Learn.

I am getting the following error:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '*****' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

I am logged in with my personal account. The instructions by MS on this page were misleading: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/faq?pivots=sandbox

By following the links for proper account creation provided on that page, I could just create a new outlook.com account, which I tried to use to log in to the sandbox session, but no success.

Someone here had the same experience and willing to help?

I have created the sandbox, as I clearly saw the message indicating that I was using 1 out of 10 sandboxes for today. Prior to that, I have passed the CAPTCHA challenge, after that I was waiting for approx 1 minute, saw the progress bar and messages bellow that, etc.

That part works, but once the sandbox was created, on the right half of the screen, I was asked to login (but I was already logged in with my account). And once I tried to do the login from the popup, the error was displayed.

@Nathan Roberts (SN) any news regarding this issue? I cannot proceed further with my learning paths... Is it actually possible to pass through these paths with personal account, or I am supposed to have business/company account? If that's the case, what are the options for people without such account? My company doesn't have MS subscriptions, so I have no option for having the organization account.

Have on mind that sometimes I have the message in the image, but sometimes it just says I cannot use personal account.

I have tried on my account and it worked for me. After the box is created, did you try using this link: https://portal.azure.com/learn.docs.microsoft.com?

I am interested in knowing why it is thinking you are trying to access Microsoft Services Tenant.

In terms of completing the module with a personal account. Yes, you can do this with a personal account.

Ok @Nathan Roberts (SN) when I tried visiting that link, it led me to Azure portal, and initiated account creation by offering me to scan QR code. After I scanned it with Authenticator mobile app, it automatically added a new account in my Authenticator app. Account is nbrindic_gmail.com#ext#@triplecrownlabs.onmicrosoft.com. On the computer, it logged in to Azure sandbox, here is the screenshot:

But when I went to excercise and refreshed the page, it started behaving the same as before - asking me for the login, I tried with my regular ******@gmail.com account, but error is the same. If I try logging in with nbrindic_gmail.com#ext#@triplecrownlabs.onmicrosoft.com, it keeps asking me for the password, but I didn't receive any email with the password, the account was just created automatically. If I try to set up paswordless auth in Authenticator app, well... It simply asks me for the password to proceed :-) Tried to change browser, cleared the cache, but no luck.

This is really frustrating...
