No voucher received from Mindhub after making the payment

Dear,

I recently paid Mindhub for the Microsoft MCP exam + Retake Voucher. I made the payment from Belgium, where I reside. After entering my card details and clicking the "Pay" button, the page loaded but did not confirm the transaction. However, the amount was debited from my card and transferred to them.

I contacted Mindhub, and after some correspondence, they requested a payment screenshot. Unfortunately, I did not have any transaction details at that time, as the amount was still being processed for transfer to the US. I provided a track the transaction, which I shared with Mindhub. However, I have not received a response from them yet.

This delay is preventing me from scheduling my exam as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and assist in resolving it promptly.
