@Muhammad Farid Rahmatulloh, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know one device has its local admin password shows in Microsoft Entra portal. But not shows in Intune portal.
From the picture you provided, I find the "Local admin password" is not there. It seems you don't have permission in Intune.
Refer to the following official article I find Intune administrators with sufficient role-based administrative control (RBAC) permissions can view information about a device's local admin account and its current password.

Please check if the sign in account is with Intune administrator role assigned. Or you can compare with the working user account and grant the same permission in Intune to the not working user to see if it can work.
