'Schedule' Button Change to 'Publish and Send' in SharePoint

I've encountered an issue in SharePoint Pages where the 'Schedule' button is quickly replaced by a 'Publish and Send' button when trying to schedule a news post. This change leads to an error message when I click 'Publish and Send', preventing me from successfully posting the news item.

Interestingly, I've found a workaround: if I'm quick enough, I can click the 'Schedule' button before it changes, which allows me to avoid the error. However, this is not a reliable solution as it requires precise timing and doesn't always work.

This problem is disrupting my workflow and making it challenging to consistently schedule or publish news posts as intended. I'm looking for a permanent solution to either keep the 'Schedule' button visible or resolve the error that appears when using the 'Publish and Send' option.

    Hi @Alexis Leduc ,

    Welcome to post Q&A forum!

Unfortunately, as I said before, my situation is different from yours and I cannot reproduce your situation. Let's do some troubleshooting:

    1. Did you do any additional customization? For example, inject code.
    2. Does this happen to other sites, users, and browsers?
    3. Clear the browser cache and try again.
    4. If the problem persists, you may need to check the backend. Due to limited forum permissions, we recommend that you contact Microsoft directly. The support team over there has the correct escalation channel, they can involve more resource and investigate the behavior from back end as fast as possible. They also can check the behavior on your end remotely. For reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs, you can select online support or phone support to have a live chat with the support engineers.  This is the most efficient way for handling this thread as per the situation.

I appreciate your patience and understanding.

    I hope this information helps.
