Hybrid Worker Extension setting up error: Provisioning failed

Can anyone please help? I'm new to this.
I've added a Hybrid Worker to my group but it's failing.

I'm trying to fix this error: Status message Extension '' of Handler 'Microsoft.Azure.Automation.HybridWorker.HybridWorkerForWindows' version '1.1.13' failed to reach its terminal state within time limit

But I have no idea where to start? Can anyone point me in the direction of where to go to get this fixed?

Check that the Hybrid Worker machine can connect to the required Azure endpoints. Verify that necessary ports are open and there are no network restrictions blocking outbound traffic.

Look for any related error messages in Windows Event Viewer (Application or System logs) that might offer further insight into the issue.

If the logs don’t provide a clear answer, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Hybrid Worker extension to rule out any installation issues.

Check that your Azure Automation account is correctly configured and that no quota or resource limits are preventing the Hybrid Worker from functioning properly.

Thank you. Let me try that first thing you mentioned.
I have tried to uninstall and install a few times already with the same result.
I have a working Hybrid Worker on another VM and that installed fine with only an error of needing to update Powershell from 4.0 to 5.1 so I'm really stuck with this one.

Please verify if the "Hybrid Worker Service" is installed and running by opening the Services Management Console (services.msc). If the service is not currently running, attempt to start it manually.
