How do I get out of the MFA loop? I am the only admin.

I am the only admin for a M365 business trial. I setup MFA to only use Authenticator. I no longer have access to it. I tried to reinstall, but am stuck in an MFA loop. I now no longer have access to the trial and need to cancel it so I don't get charged when the 30 days are up.

    Hi Christine,

    when you are the only admin then you will have definitely another authentication method and when you click on forget will receive like below
