Azure Database for MySQL flexible server 100% CPU Won't respond to any CLI commands or Browser (Restart/Stop)

I'm unable to the reset Azure MySQL flexible server to change or increase resources. Current monitoring shows no activity except the Host CPU is 100% and Memory 20%, instead of solid blue/pink lines its dotted blue/pink line.

2025-02-19T15:53:37.7866667+00:00 Thank you, Adithya for reaching out. Following each of those guides proved unsuccessful. The server will not respond using command line interface nor the azure browser tools. I can't upgrade the server to a higher tier. I also tried restoring the server but it fails and the output is pretty limited. Is there someone at Microsoft that could stop the service so I can continue my work?

2025-02-21T06:42:43.44+00:00 Thanks for your help, I upgraded my support tier, the issue has been escalated as none of the suggestions have helped. Anyone coming to this tread with the same issue, just upgrade and submit a support ticket. Nothing else worked.
