Hello team,

When pasting any document (PDF, Word file, Folder) from OpenText into Outlook or MS Word, the link gets converted into bullet points with the file type logo as the bullet.

Is there a way to paste a document from OpenText without it being converted into bullet points?

Above are the copied links from OpenText, which get converted to bullet points.

Thanks

    Hi @Abhay Pathak

In terms of Office, I'm afraid there aren't many settings. In the Home (Word) or Message (Outlook) tab, click the "Paste" drop-down menu and select "Paste Special" to try other paste formats.

I also suggest you paste the documents from OpenText into OneNote for a check.

In addition, this issue is related to OpenText, Q&A forum does not have a relevant testing environment. It's recommended to contact to OpenText support for help to see if other users have encountered similar situations. Thanks for your understanding.
