We have a Word form that we send out to customers for software installs, they need to fill in the table for EACH of their machines.

It could be 1 or 10 machines and I dont want to create a Form with 10 tables, is there a way to have a "Add table" button to copy the table when it is needed?

In Word for windows, you can place the table in a Repeating Section Content Control.

Make the Developer Tab visible. Then select the table and any spaces you want to appear before and after it. Click on the Repeating Section Content Control button:

To the right of the screen shot you can see a plus sign. Clicking on that will insert another table.

Another method that would also work on Macs is to save your table as an AutoText entry. You could use a keyboard shortcut or AutoComplete to insert it as needed. (In the Windows version, it could also be saved as a Quick Table. If saved in the document template or in a Global Template, both AutoComplete and a keyboard shortcut would work. To use this, though, the user needs access to the template holding the AutoText.

I believe that the Repeating Section Content Control will also work on the Mac. You just would not be able to create it on the Mac without programming it. John would know about that and he does provide a utility to let you create Content Controls on the Mac.
