    Hey mate,

A month?! Blimey, your phone number’s been on a longer holiday than I have! Azure Communication Services must be using carrier pigeons for verification because that’s taking the mickey.

Usually, it should take a few hours, maybe a day tops. If it’s been a month, something’s definitely gone sideways. I’d recommend raising a support ticket with Azure they’re the only ones who can poke the system and figure out why your number’s stuck in verification purgatory.

In the meantime, maybe try adding a different number? Or just send smoke signals it might be faster at this point. lol

Let me know how it goes, and good luck!

    Cheers! Alex
