Is it possible to role back to the previous version of the UI for standard logic apps? There were a few changes about a week ago which are causing some serious problems with changing and saving flows.

If my understanding is correct, Versions is supported in consumption-based logic apps only. For standard logic apps I would suggest you configure a centralized version control to store the code view of the workflow and This way, you can reuse and redeploy the workflows whenever necessary changes are made.
You can always pass your feedback/suggest/feature request here our engineering team actively monitor the request and work on them accordingly.
