How to stop edge from starting after sleep wake

Please, please, please tell me how to stop this edge from opening every time I take the computer off of sleep.
When I put the computer to sleep, on wake edge opens. I want to stop it.
I don't even use edge. I have tried all of these.
Open Windows Settings: Click the Start button, then click the gear icon to open Settings. Navigate to Sign-in Options: Click on Accounts, then select Sign-in options. Disable Restartable Apps: Toggle off the switch for Automatically save my restartable apps and restart them when I sign in.
And
edge system continue running background extensions and apps to off
And
apps startup, edge isn't listed
And
system notifications additional settings are all off.
I cannot seem to find a way to stop edge from loading after wake.
