Can I cutsomize dropdown in People Picker filed SharePoint 2019 on-prem

Hi everyone!

By default in SharePoint if you use People Picker field, when you search someone, in suggested list below you see "Display Name" and "Title" attribute of person that match your search keyword.

Can I change the value of this sublabel menu (i mean title)? I need to show here company attribute.

I try to change in User Profile Service sync from AD to company attribute for Title UPS param, but nothing changed, I still see title value.

Task: I have a form where there is a "Company" field with a value already filled in, for example "Contoso". And I need to display in the suggested list of my "People Picker" field in this form only the users whose company attribute value is equal to the form value, i.e. "Contoso".

As per my knowledge I'm afraid in SharePoint 2019, the People Picker control does not natively support customization of the displayed attributes in the dropdown list.
