If I understand correctly, you would like to delete existing default directory (Azure subscription) and create a new subscription using outlook account.
You can achieve this by follow Cancel and delete your Azure subscription to delete your default directory and you can create a new azure subscription with your outlook account by using Azure free trial ensure you should not use same phone number and credit card for the new subscription.
To login with your default directory make sure use the email which you have used while creating the subscription.
If you are unable to login with your default directory, please let me know what the error is while you are login.
