Are XML configuration keys available for the OneNote iOS app

I need to configure the OneNote iOS app, deployed through a third party MDM, using XML to apply a managed configuration to disable the option to password protect sections.

There seems to be no documentation on what the key: value pairs are for the OneNote for iOS app. I have asked Copilot and it seems to just make up keys which don't exist.

How can I best configure/restrict the app in this situation?

    Hi @PaulFernandes-2598

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

It sounds like you're looking for a way to configure OneNote for iOS via managed configuration profiles deployed through an MDM solution.

However, Microsoft currently does not provide a comprehensive set of XML configuration keys for OneNote on iOS. Microsoft develops XML configuration keys for the OneNote iOS app with fewer keys.

So far, I have found “Allow only configured organization accounts in apps” configuration which applies to OneNote for iOS (2.41 and later).

It's best to submit your feature request in Microsoft Feedback forum --- OneNote.

Microsoft will listen to all feedback and consider them for additional feature/future versions of Microsoft products. Your feedback helps Microsoft developers know which features are most important to you.

    Thanks for your understanding.
