I appreciate your patience regarding the issue with your course completion not being reflected in your Achievements section. I understand how important this is for you.
I also appreciate Ramesh Subedi's suggestion in confirming whether you were logged on when doing the modules, which, of course, could be one of the common causes of the discrepancy. You can take these additional steps as follows:
1.Sign Out and Purge Cache: Sign out from all tabs within your current browser and purge the cache files. Then sign back in using your Microsoft Learn ID credentials.
2.If the problem does not go away, try logging out and then sign back in from an incognito window or private browsing mode. This might resolve any issues with the current session.
3.Switch Browsers: If none of the above solves the problem, try using a different browser to log in and check your Achievements.
Do take note that profile updates may appear within minutes; however, at times, completion status may lag behind for up to a few hours. In this case, try refreshing the page every now and then over the course of the following hours to determine if your completion status has indeed been updated.
