1.Check that your account has the necessary access (How about Monitoring Reader or Contributor?) and is able to view metrics.
2.Confirm whether your app has provided any metrics over the period you chose. If data is missing at that time, the graphs will lack information.
3.Azure only presents data for the prior 30 days so make certain that you have chosen a proper time frame.
4.Certain metrics may not exist anymore. Check to see if the metric that you want to look at is active.
5.Check that your network or browser settings do not restrict connectivity to Azure Monitor because appropriate firewalls or ad block are enabled.
