It sounds you need to contact with the Azure tenant administrator. This is something a user cannot solve themselves.
Issue with MS authenticator on mobile
Hello Team,
Please help me with the my Authenticator issue. I bought new mobile , and on my earlier my authenticator was working perfectly , i was having multiple company account for which i used to get the notification. however after installing everything on new mobile Authenticator , company portal , outlook , teams etc. all looks good. however when i tried to access the portal.azure.com i getting asked to put number on mobile or approve the request , so sometime i am not even getting the notification on mobile . could you please help what could be cause for this. i tried to configure the sign in method on portal https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info multiple times but the issue still persist.
