How to pay past due bills?

Hello. I need help. There is an overdue payment for the invoice Azure. It is blocked. The payment method is active. Billing account and ageement also It says that I should contact support to pay this invoice. When selecting a problem, it gives an FAQ and that's it. Can someone help with the support address, or direct me to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance

    Hi @gromm linda ,

    to summit a support ticket with Azure support it works like this:

    On the page with the FAQ or "Solutions" you have to click on Return to support request. After this step you should be able to provide additional details and submit the request.
