This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. How to proceed?

I have not been using my azure account for some months now and now when I try to log in I encounter this sign in error. I understand the the tennant must have been deleted by now but I wish to know how should I proceed to start again to use azure with that account. Thanks ahead.
