What's Microsoft's stance on using third party payments for UWP apps on Xbox/Windows?

Hello everyone! 

I'm asking this question out of pure curiosity: what is Microsoft's stance on using third-party payment systems, e.g., Stripe or PayPal? 

For example, if I wanted to accept donations or one-time purchases using Stripe or PayPal implemented in a custom solution, what would Microsoft's position be on this? I'm working with UWP, if that information helps.
