I checked for answers with Microsoft CoPilot and the recommendation was to check for browser Extensions installed and remove unnecessary ones. In EDGE I has a 3rd party Virus Protection Web Extension, which I removed and now ATT Smart Home Manager works fine.. Same with Chrome - removed browser Extensions and now works fine.

When accessing AT&T Smart Home Manager using Microsoft EDGE, the system keeps a "Loading" message. I have cleared the cache and enabled pop-ups for https://www.att.com, but the issue persists. The AT&T representative indicated it might be related to the browser. Do you have any recommendations on how to resolve this issue?
