Recording and transcription button in Teams greyed out with a lock

Suddenly, no one is able to start a recording or transcript during teams meeting. Even as a organizer . No change any policies in Teams Admin center. If I use my account as a test / example, I have MS E5 license, only 50% used of OneDrive and Sharepoint only used for 45% in our tenant. The general policy is assigned to me in Teams admin center meeting policy. Transcript and meeting recording are both activated. Copilot feature in that policy is set to "on with saved transcript required". Policy "AllowCloudRecording"is on ¨True¨. What am I missing?

    Could you please tell me does the Teams web client have the same issue?

    Anyone who meets the following criteria can start or stop a recording if the meeting organizer has their cloud recording policy setting turned on:

    User's image

    Please ensure that the meeting organizer enables recording in the policy.

    If the issue only occurs in the Teams desktop client, try clearing the cache or updating Teams to the latest version:

    Ok, this is just to weird. You let it chill for a weekend and all of a sudden it works again after I did some testing again. I am now almost sure that microsoft made a small “oepsie” or something. No one did any changes of the 4 tenant admins (that includes me)

    if you read my issues you can see that i match the criteria. And i am the organizer of a meeting and it should have been possible for me to start recording. We had the problem on all platforms and including web version. It was so sudden. Thank you for your answer and time anyway.
